These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lizzy Bubbles mobile application ("the App"), developed by Ulvi Jabbarli ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use, subject to these Terms and Google Play's terms of service.
The App may display advertisements served through Google AdMob, including optional rewarded video ads. Your interaction with ads is subject to the ad provider's own terms and privacy practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App except as permitted by law; (b) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to interfere with the App's servers, ad delivery, or billing systems; or (d) circumvent or exploit bugs to obtain Virtual Items without payment where payment is required.
The App, including its design, graphics, characters, code, and content, is owned by Ulvi Jabbarli and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in Section 1, no rights are transferred to you.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App integrates third-party services, including Google AdMob (advertising) and Google Play Billing (payments). Your use of these services is also subject to Google's applicable terms:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
